MUST I BE REGISTERED IN THE NETHERLANDS TO BE ABLE TO INSURE THE VEHICLE?

If you do not hold a registration in the Netherlands, you cannot insure the vehicle with a Dutch insurance company. The insurer reserves the reight to terminate the insurance by the starting date. In case of a collision, the insurer will not cover the damage costs incurred.
