- Registration and supervision
Insurance intermediary Polisa B.V., established under Dutch law, is authorized to operate in Belgium as an insurance intermediary and is registered in Belgium as an insurance sub-agent with the FSMA under code number 12042369.
Registered office: Burgemeesters Godschalxstraat 59, 5235 AB ’s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 68724209, under the supervision of the Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).

- Complaints procedure
Complaints regarding the advice you received or the mediation activities must first be reported to Polisa.be.
If you have complaints about the activities of Nederlandse Assuradeuren, you can submit them to the management of Nederlandse Assuradeuren.
We will investigate your complaint and provide a substantive response no later than 15 days after receipt of your complaint.
